New Look, Same Mission

I am striving to make improvements daily to this blog. While I will miss the green background, I think black and white looks cleaner and makes it easier to read.

I will not stop my mission to educate everyone on LIVE whole food nutrition. Check back soon (and often) as I will be including some videos in the blog postings.

I still encourage every one of you to do some research. Google the "dangers in our food supply" or "genetically modified food concerns". That should give you hours and hours of information to sort through and educate yourself on.

You have to start educating yourself on these things. Don't ever believe big business has YOUR best interest in mind when they make decisions. It is all about the money!

Do your own research and frequently visit my blog for more information. You have to look out for yourself and your family, no one else will!
